This mall's definitely on its' way up to compete against the big timers like Sherway and Yorkdale. Though they're small, it saves my aching feet and has almost everything I need. Sephora? Check. Aritzia? Check. H&M? Check. My husband and I like to walk through there on the weekends to shop around since it's so close to our home and we always play the guessing game for what stores will open next. I think if a Lush and a HomeSense opened here, I'd never leave. It would make sense for Homesense considering how many condos are being built nearby and the area's smack down between the one at Markville mall and Vaughan. Why doesn't Richmond Hill get one? =( If Homesense went to where Target used to be and if Lush went to the southwest entrance of the mall (since it's already painted black like Lush is), you'd have a solid flow through of shoppers. Maybe I'm just focusing on myself but that's my take =)
