  • If I could give their "fabulous car wash" zero stars, I would. I have been here several times, each time telling myself "I'll give them ONE more shot"...well after today this "car wash" company will no longer receive my precious time or money. I purchased the "VIP" for 19.99. Over an hour wait, and my car still wasn't touched by anyone to dry it (so you know by now it's covered in water spots after sitting out 15 minutes after the "wash"). There were only 3 employees working the front AND back on a Friday afternoon. I did end up taking my vehicle without it being dried as I was over the wait. The inside "wipe" was non existent, still covered in dust and debris, the "vacuum" was just the big stuff, and the drive through "wash" still left dirt, debris and reside. I have left more often than not severely disappointed with my experience. Today was the last. I won't even bother to take advantage of the "48 hour " rain guarantee because I can guarantee you I'll be just as disappointed my next trip. There is absolutely nothing fabulous about my experience or my car.
