  • I've been working with Home Service Plus for the year that we have been in our new home to fix a couple things that are still under warranty, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are always timely in returning calls and setting up appointments, and VERY helpful in making sure things get done. John Son has been personally overseeing all of the repairs. He has been friendly and super easy to talk to, always taking time to explain things. Most of all, the work that he and his team does has been quick and efficient! In a world where a lot of customer service has gone by the wayside, this company is doing it RIGHT!!
