  • This hotel is simply awful! Does not deserve even a star! We arrive to the hotel after 10:00pm and were told to use the phone outside the office and to dial '0' for immediate assistance. Well...I dialed '0' for about 20 min until finally someone opened the door. He was obviously sleeping! John Blacksmith ( who was ironically hotel's general manager) was horrible! He was rude, unhelpful, never apologize for waiting, you can tell he was frustrated that I had woke him up. I booked 2 rooms. They were very far from each other. Rooms were dirty. Bed was too small! The next day my room was not cleaned, dirty towels were still on the floor. I called the front desk and was told that due to my short stay, they can clean my room for extra $10.00 and if I needed clean towels, I have to go downstairs and get some!! I was also told that this should have been explain to me at the check in. Well... Nothing was explained to me. The guy was still half asleep when he was checking me in! Please avoid this hotel! I will NEVER stay in any Extended Stay America ever again!!
