  • Rosalie is the sweetest lady you will ever run into! She is so kind-hearted and warm, you can't help but feel taken care of after you hang up the phone. She makes sure you feel prioritized, and will work closely with you to get your problem resolved! A special shoutout to Jacob: thank you so much! Jacob came out to fix a leak on my toilet and not only did he fix the leak, he stayed to examine my entire toilet and make sure that everything was in working shape. This place is ALL about customer service!
