  • So happy for the RoCo that they are successful and expanding BUT..... the Montford Dr Store needs a little love, or at least an experienced manager. My husband and I have been eating at the Roasting Company once a week for years. While we have experienced an "off night " every now and again, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff and continued to decline over the past 6 months. While we understand staff turn over, I truly hope the RoCo management will take a hard look at the food coming out of the Montford Dr kitchen. There needs to be some consistency. It's pretty basic stuff that they have done so well for so long. And a smile goes a long way :) **Thanks Doug for the comment. I wouldn't have posted this if I wasn't concerned. We have really noticed a difference and are concerned about our favorite restaurant. I hope the quality returns.
