| - I visit this location at least once a week, half the time my order is not right . So today I went inside, normally I use the drive thru. I walked up to the counter ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a drink, the lady at the counter was kinda rude. She proceeded to tell me they do not make the sandwich I ordered on Texas toast, I've only ordered it about 15 times, so I'm pretty sure they do, judging from the picture in their store. So more then 10 minutes pass and the guy making the food says who ordered the angus breakfast sandwich, I said I did, and his response was were out so...... thanks for waiting more then ten minutes to tell me. So I pick another sandwich at his request, and the manager says well then you owe .49 with an eye roll included, I said are you serious? I've now been here for 15 minutes and you haven't even made my food yet. Long story short, one sandwich was over cooked and the other was a soggy mess. They also forgot to make my drink, so basically the whole visit was a mess. I never have a problem at Starbucks, this was my last visit to Dunkin Donuts.
