  • **UPDATE** After writing this review and also placing it on Fabulous Freddy's Facebook page, I was immediately contacted by Brandon from FF. He was extremely courteous and wanted to fix my issues immediately. I went back in to the shop and met with Dan (the other manager) and we talked about everything that happened on the first visit. He apologized profusely and wanted to fix everything and make sure I was 100% happy. They then took my car and re-detailed it and sent it in again for another wash. I have to say the customer service here is absolutely fabulous. They wanted to make everything right and went above and beyond in compensating me. I will continue to be a loyal customer here. Tip: If you have issues, best thing to do is contact them, they will fix the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. Give them a chance to make right :) Thank you Dan and Brandon for being exceptional and making my experience Fabulous! :)
