Come more for the experience, than the food.
I've been to rolled up ice cream before in Vegas and was really impressed way back when, so I was extremely excited to see that Phoenix finally caught up to the trend too. However, I wasn't as impressed as the first time I saw it. Maybe because this place just opened and they need to practice more on presentation (?), but basically they pour liquid "ice cream" onto a frozen table. As it slowly freezes, they chop up and mix in ingredients to make new flavors. I had the green tea mixed with strawberries in it. It tasted pretty good, but the rolls were so uneven and lumpy. 2 toppings came were included in the price too, which is nice.
Overall, nothing too impressive. The ice cream just taste like ice cream. The rolls were just rolls. There were also only two choices of boba (milk tea and thai tea)
