I honestly can't comment on the Internet because they just never came to hook it up. 3 different schedule dates and 3 different no shows. First ti.e the technician decided to show up 5 hrs early while I'm at work and not even call me. Second time they messed up the paperwork and no one shows. Second time the next day they just never show. I call me up and they said the technician was already there and no one was home. I was literally at home waiting for them. Also the note they said they left was not on my door. This has been the worst experience I've had with ANY company EVER. How does this level of incompetence become their norm. I cancelled my order and am going with cox. Even if I get assaulted by the technician or something at least I'll have internet. I hope centurylink is an ISIS target.
