  • Very very rude. The guy that runs the russell office is not someone to talk to. He talks at you and tries his best to be little who ever he is talking to. Worst help ever... and he was someone that was calling me back to help me. Lol. When he got personal I hung up on him. Wish I stopped by the hoa office before buying there. Such a nice live space but super bad guy that doesnt have manners that is the manager.
