  • This is, hands down, the best gardening supply store in Chambana. About once a year, I think Home Depot/Lowes/Etc is closer to my place, so maybe I'll look there first. Every time I wish I had gone to Prairie Gardens straight off. They have an excellent selection of houseplants, vegetables, and ornamentals. As far as I can tell, the staff is all quite knowledgeable about all things horticulture. It is out of town a bit, but if you factor in the time you would spend asking clueless home depot garden section workers questions about things they don't even carry, you'll come out on top.
