  • Office staff is very friendly and helpful - minus the referral coordinator. I'm not even sure how she keeps her job or what she even does. 3 times she's had the job of scheduling my son with a specialist and all three times she has either forgotten, made the appointment and forgotten to call me to let me know or has simply not scheduled. She's rude and will NOT return your phone calls. My son has seen Dr. Kaye for a little over a year. He's too fast, impersonal and lacks understanding of my son's autism diagnosis. Please, if your child has autism, DO NOT choose this doctor. He knows nothing about it and is not going to be a good resource for your family. I'm sad that its been such an ordeal to find a good pediatrician for my kids, but it's necessary that I move on, as I'm adamant about never spending another dime at this office.
