First, I went to get my eyebrows done. I asked her not to take much off, because they are already thin. I asked her to take little more off the top and she said "You told me not to take much, and now you want more? I can't do anything about that." I felt like the process was very rushed and I was unhappy that she wouldn't fix it. Even though she had another client waiting, she should have finished up with me. It's the basics of customer service to not take on too many clients without being able to complete the tasks thoroughly.
Next, I got my nails filled. The fill came out great. Almost made up for my eyebrow mishap, but not quite. Needless to say, I don't think I will be back for waxing, but I will come back for nails.
