  • I went to this location twice to swap phones. I did not change anything on my plan. When I got home from the second visit a few weeks later I checked my plan and a 5 dollar a month service was added to my plan with out my knowing. Then on the second trip another protection plan service was added for $13, Without my knowledge a different service was added each time I went. The employees name in ANDREW. Damn dirty pool!
