This place is very expensive that even having two comprehensive health plans didn't cover my visit. I also waited a long time to be helped even though I had an appointment and everything was rushed.
I finally got my contacts and I knew they were not the correct prescription (I was told that my prescription had not changed in the appointment, and the contacts I got were way weaker than my previous prescription by 0.75 which makes no sense at all) so I called the office to tell them. They said that was the correct prescription that the doctor wanted me to have and to try them on, so I did. I couldn't see at all so I called back and they said they would schedule me an appointment. I was sent an email saying that they had rescheduled a lens fitting appointment and that I would need to pay $225 for it. I told them that my old prescription was fine and I would not pay that-I just wanted my old prescription back. They relented and let me exchange, but someone who was more agreeable or who did not remember their old prescription would probably just be ripped off.
