  • I have waited 2 1/2 weeks for a fosset to be replaced and have called 9 times now. They did call back and leave a voicemail a couple times, but don't ever answer their phone or call back on the same day. I am still waiting and left 3 messages yesterday and 1 this morning.... no return call. They literally took the payment and vanished. Don't do business with this company.
