| - Apparently they don't do system updates, even though I specially inquired about it when I made my appointment, when I asked about the cost of the oil change before I signed my vehicle over it was $100 and they failed to mention the $25 in labour charges in addition to that. Had an appointment, they were completely surprised I was there and had no idea what I was there for. AND if you want nitrogen in your tires it's a big deal, huge, adds an hour and a half to your oil change and $30. Honestly, I see zero value of servicing my vehicle at a dealer and should have just stuck with Canadian Tire, they outshine compared to this place. What a waste of my time, money, and another strike against Chrysler, Jeep. You would think if you spend in excess of $50k on a vehicle the least they can do is update your NAV for you...I can get genuine Mopar parts anywhere I service my vehicle. I just have to ask and pay for them. If you know a new client is coming in and wants nitrogen, oh I dunno turn the machine on at 7 when the garage opens so you're ready for a 10 am appointment. That's good sense but also good customer service. This was a test. The simplest service I can do on my vehicle. Y'all failed miserably, why would I entrust you with a bigger, more expensive job?
