We are from out of town and had a group of 10 for dinner. We thought that EVO sounded good. We had a reservation and we're promptly seated. The restaurant was not at all crowded. The waiter took our drink order. It was nearly 30 minutes before our drinks were brought to the table. We then placed our dinner order. 45 minutes after placing our orders, the waiter approached the table and said that they only had enough lobster for 2 lobster risottos. 5 in our group had ordered this. Meals were brought to the table a full 2 hours after arriving at the restaurant and 1.5 hours after ordering. Only half of the meals were delivered at that time. The rest trickled out over the next 20 minutes. We had requested drink refills and received none, or even water. After asking to speak with the manager, the situation improved with his attention but the waiter became rude and clipped. The food was mediocre. The final blow was the bill reflected 5 lobster risottos when only 2 were received. The other 3 switched to a different (and much cheaper) protein in chicken or shrimp. As a group, none of us were impressed and certainly would not go back.
