  • I went to attempt to purchase a car here, the deal was great online so I thought I'd check it out... i should have know it was too good to be true. Once we got to negotiating I repeatedly asked for the interest rate they used to calculate those numbers since the figures they kept providing were not making sense. They kept saying "We don't have those numbers available, only finance has that information". How do they expect a customer to negotiate a payment without providing interest rate information? I asked if they offer 0% financing, he stated not for pre owned vehicles. However when I asked them to lower the payment they said the car is like brand new... only use that to their convenience. I must agree with the other reviews here, this place is a joke and it was not a pleasant experience. The sales consultant said to me "I know it feels good to win, and you want to win this but this is the best we can offer." It's not about winning it's about knowing how to be a decent salesman. Poor salesmanship on their behalf.
