  • Worst insurance company in Arizona! It's not worth paying less with this company. I've learned the hard way. Rude customer service employees, apathetic, and have no knowledge and very little training. They took on too many customers through the Marketplace. I understand growing pains of a business, but this company is far beyond fixing. Wait times are often over 15 minutes, I got disenrolled from my plan after moving, and the customer service rep didn't advise me this would happen. I've had my health insurance license for 11 years, and used to train agents on Medicare. Although this is regarding personal health insurance, I'm well aware of the industry and how it works. Pay extra and go with any other carrier. I promise you it's worth it. Meritus, get your act together.
