First time staying at this hotel. Ive stayed at most known hotels in vegas and decoded to try this out. Resort fee is a ridiculous 13.00 right off the bat negating any money you may save on hotels.com or whatever. Jeff at the front desk was helpful and courteous.
Came in here with kids and they give us 2 rooms. Go into rooms and one room is still a mess with last customers hair particles all over the bed and old condum wrapper. Called front desk and they said they were sorry and comPuters were down so made error.
Give us another set of rooms and go up there and cable tv does not work in one room other room has 2 channels the rest are fuzzy. At 1 am i wake up to room next door having tv on loud and then room across talking in the hall with maintenance worker yet voices amplify like crazy.
Rarely do i complain but i decided to call manager and complain. Manager Joyce turns the conversation around as if im lying about the rooms. She says records dont show that i ever stayed up there. I said well i still have the keys woth room numbers on them. Then she says she has to check with the house keeping manager because this cannot be. So i told her in short since she didnt seem to care... Im not calling to get a refund.. Go ahead keep the money it will be the last of my money you ever get. I called to let you know of my experience and that i am extremely unhappy. Simple. She said ok ill let becky know. Whomever Becky is.
I seriously believe the reviews that rave this place cant be all real. So many bad things fall together is not likely. Save your money and go to their sister hotel palace station if you must or else many other big names for around same price on hotel.com.
