  • Eyebrows 3 stars: I went to get my eyebrows done and she did an okay job, not great like she missed here and there. Face wax 1 star: I don't know what happened, either my skin is too sensitive or the wax she used was bad or something. I don't know but the waxing job was brutal and I wouldn't do it ever again. My skin broke out and now there are scars and scabs around it - it's getting better but it has also been a month plus. I don't know when I'll heal from this mistake. The service 2 stars: I went on a weekday around evening, it was quite busy and I had to wait between 30-45 minutes but I was told the wait time was only 15-20 minutes. She had a customer before me, so I thought "Okay, that's reasonable" but then another customer came in and had an appointment so she had to attend to that customer first and that customer was doing eyebrows and upper lip threading and then they went into a room and did some waxing. I would rather her be honest with the wait time and not give me a false hope that I will be next SOON. I am okay with "not so soon".
