  • HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service I ever experinced!! No one knows what they are talking about, everyone is clueless!! I come from business were customer experience is the most important but holly cow! Run as far as you can go somewhere else you can get approved trust me Carmax is amazing and will finance you I promise!!!
