  • Took 1 hour and 32 minutes to see a banker to change my name on my account. There a plenty of desks available but sadly like so many businesses the desk are empty and customers service suffers. The employees are nice but the employees have a unfair situation when the customers are frustrated due to the long wait before they even see a teller.
