  • I used these guys for my bathroom clean up- had found really ugly mold and needed to pass clearance testing before I began my rebuild after having all that was affected by water seepage removed (hooray for incompetent Vegas builders during the height of the housing boom). Anyways these guys were worth their bill. I work a lot of nights and my sleep time is precious so when scheduling I let them know Id be catching as much sleep as possible even when their guys were here. Apparently a crew had just returned from another project and they green-lighted them to come over that same day to get things done. When they got here my neighbors gave them a what for when they went around to joined units (condo complex theres 4 different unit bathrooms butted up to one another including mine in my sweet little house of horrors). Most were chill but one guy in particular did a bit more than be difficult- dude screamed his head off about suing and hell no he wouldnt allow them to come in and look at his restroom. He called his landlord who is a really pleasant guy thinking two aggressive men would put me in my place or something. Strike three youre out- Trademarks guys were completely professional and didnt even bat an eye over his verbal baiting, and the landlord was as I said before a pretty nice dude. I walked the landlord through my work to be done and one of the Trademark boys came in to explain why they wanted to see everything and what they suggested the man do about his property. Again totally respectful but it wasnt hard since this guy was a quiet home owner. The second dude hung out with mister congeniality outside since I busted his demands to come into my home. I appreciated that. Im assuming by the second Trademark's demeanor he spent the entire sit out trying to chill this neighbor out by explaining theyre only there to do their job and they want whats best for everyone. When work got started there was really little inconvenience to me, they did their best to work around my needs. So heres how much honesty this company invests in when they hire. Over the span of three days they continually walked past small stacks of money (like 50 bucks in singles but it looked impressive) I had forgotten out of pure exhaustion to put away after a hard night of good work. They were super consistent on arrival times and end times, taking breaks respectful of their surroundings when their schedule dictated. No smoking, and I wasnt expected to be awake for their visits. Actually they were so trustworthy I slept right through their work only waking to let them in and lock up behind them when they left. Now I live in a one bedroom place so needless to say a single woman who's pretty darn hawt living alone with two dudes doing work on her home is a careful chick- but they so impressed me with their continual contact with the company and myself to give updates on the work I felt totally comfortable just living life while everything went down. The crew was amazing(3 guys altogether though only two showed to do most the work because it wasnt that huge a job), and the guy who oversaw it all was extremely courteous and interested in my level of satisfaction with the job. Had his personal cell number if I felt there was anything I needed to talk to him about while his crew was there. The salesman handling my account was Todd, and he was great too I guess- stayed well within my budget and was courteous too though he didnt always return my calls, but it was the crew that really made all that money worth it. I can safety say they're NOT paying their people enough. These guys were on it like a fat chick on a twinkie and I cant say enough about their level of commitment to a job well done.
