  • These apartments were built in the 60s and with shoddy craftsmanship at best. We lived here for ten days before we had to move to a hotel for 5 days while the master bathroom was excavated to fix a back flow problem (Disgusting). The management was very professional in handling the situation but the plumbing contractor is behind in completing the work. We've lived here for 20 days (Actually 15 counting the hotel stay.). The complex has lots of trees which was the selling point. almost half of the lights in the grounds are out which forces you to take a flash light for walking the dogs. I have pointed this out to one of the office staff and was told the repair will be done soon and nothing was done. I wish we had paid closer attention to the appliances and the craftsmanship before we signed the lease.
