  • 0 star rating! Dont buy their groupon! I purchased a $49 worth of 2 man cleaning hours on groupon thinking that this is a good deal. I called them to make an appointment after I tried to call their business no. but no one answer only voice mail message. Finally after many attempts, someone answered and set me an appt on May 9 11am. On the appointment day, no one called me and they never showed up. I was so dissappointed because they let me stay in the house and i have to sleep before doing the night shift. I called after few days and again no one answers the phone and after many attempt someone answered and told her my disappointment. the lady on the phone insisted that they called but they called 3 hrs after my appt. time. She set me up for another appt. On the appt. day, I stayed in the house and cancelled all my errands waiting for them but no one showed up. i tried to call them but out of reach.As usual, another day was wasted. The ff. day time I texted her and she replied,I was really mad and she gave all the lame excuses she can think of, like someone must go to the hospital from one of the relative of the staff etc. She set me for another appt. between 10-11am and promised to be there, on the day of the appt. no one showed up. I'm really done with their monkey business.
