  • The lady who answers the phone is a total BITCH! The Sheriff department uses them for auto accident tows and has the WRONG address on the paperwork. I hate that they use them because they are not worthy of being connected to AWESOME service members! When you call this troll answers with an attitude and proceeds to give an attitude as you try to explain where you are and ask for SPECIFIC directions. This troll hung up when I told her that she was unprofessional and needed to adjust her attitude when someone is asking for HELP on THEIR error. This one is quite lucky that I'm not who I used to be... I will say this though... The guy who MET us at the lot was EXTREMELY friendly! I was ready to go off on him as a result of the troll who answered the phone but he was so friendly he took my mind completely off of it. Sir salute! You are a representation of a good human being!
