  • I must say I am very disappointed in one of my favorite stores. I am a regular to Armani in the Form shops they treat you so well no matter your race or appearance. I happen to be at the premium outlet and discovered they had an Armani Exchange so I got excited, mind you I was in a rush but the discovery of my favorite store slowed me up. As soon as I walked in a lady approached me immediately saying nothing so I kept walking I started looking at this nice hat and the same lady that approached me walks up and puts her hand on the hat and said do you need something I said I am just looking at the hat you took from me I brushed it off and asked did they have anymore she said no I then said ok I am just going to look around. I then go towards the pants and she comes over do you need something I said no just looking I shop a lot at Armani I'm familiar with the stuff. She says yea yea sure sure and then stands next to me and then I move and she comes and stands in front of me a man needed help and tried to ask her but she totally ignored him and stood in front of me acting like she was fixing the rack which was perfectly fine. I then was about to walk to the shirts and she cuts me off and I said you know what you don't have to follow me lady I already told you I don't need help now I want nothing and I went to a man who was a store manager and told him he apologized and gave me the store GM's information I then called him and while explaining my experience he is talking to someone in the back ground so I kept it short he seemed busy then all he says is you may have her mistaken they are trained to follow to assist customers and I told him I know the difference and I am trying to tell you and then he started rush talking me like he didn't care what so ever or no time to hear it and I told him I shop a lot with Armani but now I am no longer I'm just one of many so it may not be a care to it and he had nothing to say. The manager in store had more care then this owner. It's ok because I will take my business back to the form shops because I shouldn't have to be profiled to shop if I decide to come in,in basketball shorts sweats or a t shirt or flip flops looks can be deceiving and while your following me around not only are you missing out on helping people who really need help you are loosing people's business by assuming they don't have money based off what they look like. The lady was a "Asian woman" named Mae I believe. Just because they don't have it together doesn't mean other stores of Armani don't . So my business will stay where it's been.
