  • My husband called Arturo five days early to set an appointment for Saturday to quote a sink replacement. We let Arturo choose the time and he said 9-10am would work best. We waited until 9:58am before my husband called to follow up. When we got in touch with Arturo he asked what time our appointment was, who we were and if he could come once he finished his current job. Completely unprofessional and still without a plumber.
