  • I would like to update my review. I was contacted by District Manager, Terry, regarding the issues I encountered at the Goodyear location. Terry apologized and assured me this is not how Visionworks does business and this situation does not represent Visionworks mission, values, or beliefs. Terry sent me to the Arrowhead mall location. The manager Tommy and the rest of the staff at the Arrowhead location were absolutely amazing - The experience I encountered at the Arrowhead mall location was 360 from what I experienced at the Goodyear location.Terry was amazing and went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation. I would definitely recommend the Visionworks - The Arrowhead mall location is fantastic! To the Mgr at arrowhead and crew thank you!!!!!
