  • I needed 3 shade panels made for a custom shade enclosure I had made. Even though my design was less than optimal, they were able to help me create something that will work. I was told over a month lead time BUT was contacted within 10 DAYS for pick up! I was impressed. I brought the shade panels home and noticed some discrepancy in the measuring and brought them back in for evaluation. It was a simple process bringing them back in and was given the promise of completed shade panels by the end of the week. A few days later, I received a call that my panels were fixed and ready for pickup. Marty took the time to verify, with me in-store, that they were exactly where they needed to be. After some coaching on installation, I took them home and put them up. I am stoked! It's exactly what I was after! Thanks Phx Tent + Awning!
