  • I stayed here for a night very recently while passing through Charlotte with my family, which includes a six month old baby. I wasn't expecting anything grand, just needed a place to lay my head and earn some Skymiles. We were fine with the hotel, until I noticed the unmistakable BOOM BOOM BOOM of bass thumping outside. It was loudest by the bathroom and could easily be heard over the AC unit and my white noise app on my phone. The dreadful noise didn't stop until the wee hours the next morning and I later discovered that we were mere feet from a strip club next door! When I complained to the attendants at the desk the next morning, one of them just walked away and the other couldn't have been less interested in my issue and he made no effort at all to make things right. Needless to say, I'm never staying here again and I encourage anyone who considers staying here to be sure to ask for a room that doesn't include the Cameo Gentleman's Club view.
