  • I had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience today. I was looking forward to an iced coffee after a long shift at the hospital, there were a few people in line ahead of me as I walked in but I had no problems waiting. I was not once acknowledged, and waited in line for about 10 minutes and I'm not sure as to why. The girl seemed young and very unhappy to be working. I ended up walking out empty handed and no apologizes were given. You lost a loyal customer DD!!!
