  • I've been on the hunt for a waxing place on this side of town for quite a while. And, I feel like I finally found one!! If you are new to waxing, you should check this place out. First, I like being able to schedule or reschedule using the StyleSeat app. It is a user friendly app, and for me it makes the scheduling process really convenient. Edna had a last minute schedule change and was really great about contacting me ASAP to resolve it. I was really impressed with this since I was a new/unknown client. It made me feel like my business was important to her. Edna made me feel super relaxed and comfortable which is always appreciated when trying out a new waxing place! She works FAST and efficiently. If you have a low tolerance for pain, and even if you don't, speed is appreciated. I was in and out in roughly 15 minutes. I was worried that this might effect the quality of work or result in missed spots, but it didn't. I was really happy with the final result. There are, also, specials for new clients!! And, lastly, even though I've been waxing for a while, she sends you away with very clear instructions on aftercare which I thought was smart. I think, for the most part, if you are old hat at waxing, not much sets one place apart from the next. What will stand out is comfort, cleanliness, technique, cost. Edna is nailing all of it! Her place is clean, she has a great personality which sets you at ease, and her prices are lower than many places I've been to. And, most importantly, she obviously knows what she is doing. She not only worked quickly, but overall my experience was pretty painless, I had no missed patches, no residual wax or stickiness left behind, no bruising/redness. I'm excited that I've found her!!
