RUN RUN!!!! Saturday night our AC stopped working. I called our home warranty and they stated that Gilbert Air would be the company to come out. I looked up the company right away and saw that it stated 24/7. So I called and left a message indicating that our warranty company gave us their phone number. I never heard anything back. Then on Sunday morning, I called again this time not saying anything about the warranty company. I received a call back 15 minutes later stating that they could have a tech out within the hour and went over the prices. I then indicated to her that this is through our home warranty. She got mad at me and stated that you did not state that in your message and your home warranty does not cover emergencies. I informed her that yes they do. I needed this fixed as I have a baby and my mother is elderly. Two things against me and she did not care. I could have paid them although we did have a warranty that they accept. I called my warranty company and they stated that they have never heard of that and stated that they pay the emergency fee. My warranty company tried calling and left a message as well and I never once heard back from them. If this is how they treat people from the start imagine the work that they would do. I am glad I was able to see their true colors from the start. If I were her I would feel ashamed of myself. But she does not care cause it is not her in the situation and I am sure she was sitting in a nice air-conditioned home. Thank you, Gilbert Air for leaving a baby and elderly woman and 4 other kids (I am not even counting the other adults) without air conditioning you should be so proud out yourselves!
