  • I go to this salon because I love one of the techs, Karen. She is amazing! With that being said the service at this salon is less than mediocre. I started seeing Karen at Venetian in Rocky River but she was transferred to here. I always make an appointment and I always have to wait. I mentioned it once and the receptionist/bartender said this is because her other clients always run late. I don't own a business to anything but I believe it is common courtesy to have someone who is more than 15 minutes late reschedule so that people like me who are on time do not have to wait 15 minutes or more after my scheduled appointment time. This same bartender/receptionist never offers me a drink but I see her cater to other clients. I find this very rude as I am a regular customer who tips 25% because I sincerely LOVE Karen's work. If it were not for her, I would never come to Anthony Vince.
