  • It was great experience living here. In the evenings security guards are walking through the complex. Yes, sometimes the gates are open. However, I never felt that it impacted the safety of the complex. I also never saw any graffiti. Yes, the pool was closed for some time after the winter. However it was too cold to use it anyways. Also I was glad that they took precautions instead of leavening it accessible to everyone. They were not trying to hide something was wrong. Amber was a huge help when I moved here from abroad being absolutely ignorant in regards to the renting process in the US. The staff was always friendly and is eager to provide an outstanding customer service. Thank you Mel. Whenever I had a maintenance request it was dealt with within 24 or 48 hours. I can only recommend Broadstone Azure.
