No. I missed a few appointments over the years and I take blame for that. However the 1st incident I complained bout pain in my lower jaw specific tooth and he said he doesn't see anything. He smoothed my teeth with some kind of grinding tool. 3 weeks later I came back complaining of extreme pain and he said I cracked all of the my teeth where I originally complained about. The same teeth he tooled. He did fix them. This year I complained about strong pain I believed was coming from a root canal I had 12 years ago. I wanted to just pull it. He referred me to get a root canal specialist but my Insurance chooses who that is. 21! days later I had to bother my Insurance and push the issue to get in and get the root canal retreated. I had asked one of Dr Hejazi's secretary Tammy if I can extract the tooth instead. She said the specialist has to do it because i had a root canal on that tooth. The specilaist stated I have to use the Dentist if I want the tooth extracted. Since I was there I decided to waste my time and try to save the tooth. The specialist drilled through it and cleaned it out with a tool, took xrays as I gagged 15 times on back tooth xrays and partially because the technician had really bad breath. Afterward I made a follow up appointment. In and out she said. I showed up for follow up and she retreated the tooth again only this time she used a hot tool in the nerve endings. She said I have a split nerve. I made my appointment with Advent Dental for Dr Hejazi to do restoration shortly after the procedure. I was still having jaw pain but less since the procedure. I opted to do tooth extraction via phone call with his secretary or whatever she is. The day of the appointment I was stuck in traffic and called to say Ill be 10 minutes late. The Bitch made me reschedule. She said "on Monday". I showed up 30 minutes early on Monday and the bitch said its Monday next week. I do believe I am being toyed with for Insurance money and missing a couple of appointments. Its very Nazi to make people wait this long with my situation. So now I have fired Advent Dental and have to find a new Dentist to do the extraction. I cant prove if Dr Hejazi purposely causes injury to make money but it is a strong possibility that mal practice exists at his office. I have found other reviews stating so on other sites.
