  • This review is for the corporate sales business unit. I was quoted a price for 2 lines with internet of "around" $135 from the sales rep as she said that she didn't know exactly what the taxes and fees would be. Really, taxes and fees change by the minute or what??? When I got my first normal bill, no setup charges included it was over 28% HIGHER than quoted, 28%!!! After over an hour on the phone, the rep said the sales rep made a mistake and taxes and fees were per line of $60 which is about 34% of the total bill. Would not honor their own quote so I am filing a complaint with the FCC and BBB. They sit on a throne of LIES. Also I had static and dropped calls for three weeks. CenturyLink kept telling me it was my equipment when in fact it was their junction box hookup that was the problem.
