  • I have been taking my vehicles to Hatch for many years. I am a customer for life and will never take my vehicles anywhere else. Kevin and his team always take great care of me and my automobiles. The service is very professional and personal. Kevin always remembers my name, my vehicles, and even my interests and hobbies. They pay attention!!! The prices are more than fair, the service is fast, the shop is clean and comfortable. They will not do service just to take my money. If I ask them to do something but they don't feel it's necessary, or they know of a less expensive solution, they always speak up. This is an honest shop with integrity and experience. On two occasions, I had taken vehicles in because of some baffling problem. On both occasions, Kevin and his team quickly looked at the issue and immediately found the problem. These two instances required no real repair work, so they didn't even charge me! Just sent me happily on my way. I have recommended several friends to this shop and they are also customers for life!
