When I bought my 2015 Chrysler 200 I was treated great. I love my Stella! While I was out on my test drive the salesman told me all of the things that would be covered for the first year of my ownership. When he got to the information regarding the tires he told me that everything would be replaced or fixed regarding the tires. He specifically stated that cracks chips markings damage would be covered. I came in today to get my first oil change done and brought up the issue about my rooms because they had cosmetic damage on them. They pulled my warrantee information and informed me that I did not get the optional alloy wheel cosmetic damage coverage. Needless to say I was a little upset but was told that they were going to take care of it it would just be a matter of who was going to pay for it. Who was going to pay for it meaning either Allstate who is the warranty cover or Tempe Dodge dealership themselves I will write another review after the resolution to my rim issue is resolved.
