  • This is a new company to me. Their prices seemed very good. I decided to rent with them for a trip to Denver, CO (DIA). Several days after making this reservation my travel plans changed to go to Portland, OR (PDX). Fortunately Advantage also serves PDX. I called to have the rental changed and they (three agents and a supervisor) told me that this cannot be arranged and it will cost $50 to cancel even weeks in advance of the DIA rental. I said I am not cancelling to rent from a competitor I want to rent your car at PDX. They would not arrange that without the $50 cancellation fee. Also, after I had reserved the car for DIA I emailed them via their website with a question about the rental. I did not receive a reply until 4 or 5 days later. I will never, ever use Advantage. I had to click on at least 1 star for this but I didn't want to give them that.
