  • I found this place on yelp, set an appointment for today 4/30 for cleaning at 1pm. They texted us confirming the size of our rug and then when we responded he basically acted like he didn't want to clean our rug. Quoting us $159 & telling us it would probably cost the same for us to buy a new rug... which isn't his decision to make... again he sounded like he did not want to clean our rug, 1pm had come and gone, we reached out to him he responded saying that it would be late afternoon, 3pm comes around and then he said closer to 5. By then I started shopping other places found a place that would clean our rug no problem for $65! This is the worst experience. UPDATE: the owner response is another view you all can see of how unprofessional this service is. Excuses, I tried to give them my service and my hard earned money and I was treated with nothing but excuses & instead of being empathetic and apologetic like a professional they responded with more excuses and reasons why he felt me as a CUSTOMER was in the wrong. Yea stay away people.
