  • I frequent this location as its close to my house. It's a newer store; nice clean and bright. My perception of Lowes is, "We look good but we really don't want to help you." I went 3 days ago looking for No Dig fencing and they didn't have any. No problem. I go home to look at their website to figure how to order and what not. The website tells me they have 31 pieces in at this store. I call the store for clarity and the lady tells me they have 31 pieces in Stock. I tell her I just left the store and if she could check again (I hear crickets). Her pregnant pause tells me she feels inconvenience. After a minor hold she comes back and says they may not be on the floor and check back tomorrow to see if they will be restocked. I tell her I need them tonight and politely hang up. I call the Craig Road store next and get the same reply about them having them in Stock. I ask her to physically check after explaining my story. Another pregnant pause but she comes back that they are physically there. Yes! So I got my fencing but felt like I had to go above and beyond to get what I needed.
