I just had the absolute worst experience in a car wash in my life, I am 47 and that is saying a lot. After being presured into prepaying for a full detail (my 1st mistake) I was assured it would be the best detail I could ever ask for. My seats had some marks on it and he said they could clean them perfectly. I dropped my car off at 10:00 on a Sunday (my only day off). I came back to pick up the car and it did not even look like it was washed. There was dirt and grime on every panel of the car and the seats were not touched and there was still dog hair and dirt on the inside. The car did not even feel like it was waxed, especially considering all the dirt on the cars exterior. The Car Wash Manager Tyler got involve and it continued to be the worst detail I had ever had. He then gave me 2 $5.00 car wash tickets to make up for wasting a good deal of my Sunday. I told him we would never return and we will tell everyone that we can that they should never use the poor excuse of a car wash.
