As a fifth-generation New Mexican, I can say Burrito Boyz (despite the fact most employees are lovely, brilliant women) makes a fine burrito. All the trimmings you would expect and then some you wouldn't (like sweet potato, halibut and haddock!). They take a bit longer than what you might expect from a SF mission burrito because they're roasted for a bit in the oven... which not only means they're toasty but gives the tortilla a nice crisp snap. Bravo, Canada!
