| - My insurance sent my service van there to have an estimate for damage in an accident. It was there 7 days, the 8th day I had it towed or everything in it would have been gone. Someone stole my 1000.00 air sled, my 115 volt Dewalt hammer drill, my 115 volt Sawzall and many other expensive tools out of my service truck while it was on their property. When I got to it the last day I was pulling parts and tools out of it, all the door were unlocked,( it has power locks), the doors were all closed, the tools were gone and someone had rifled through the van, when I talked to Matt, he told me basically, "sucks to be you". I run an HVAC and appliance repair company, i had 4 days booked out on repairs, had to get my spare van, transfer everything over and still run 8 calls a day, so i was taking out the stuff i needed, and for the calls i was running daily, ,stupid me, thought that i had some leve of security from a company my insurance compang had the truck towed too, had the truck behind locked gates and told me they would make certain it was locked every night. The math isn't tough to do here. Be very, very careful if you take any of your vehicles here. Make sure anything that isn't bolted in is taken out. I had to have it towed to another shop that day so I wouldn't incur any more losses on it. Matt tells me " I didn't have time to go through all the surveillance video, there's a lot of video, you can come in, I'll put it in you can sit through it if you want". Then insinuates I stole my own tools. What a way to talk to someone that just had his service truck totaled, and then to add insult to injury, the tools stolen out of it. Never will I be back here for anything. I would caution anyone else too. If, by chance something does happen, be prepared for Matt to tell you the same thing. Filed a police report that day. I am curious how many losses this place has had like that.
