  • Ok if you just want a lock down secure banking establishment, BOA is it for you! They are huge on security! Because of the security sensitivity it has caused me problems and inconveniences. None of them have drive thrus anymore. They say it's security issue which sounds odd to me! Several times they have closed my card for buying a coffee on the way to work and then I didn't pay attention while working at hospital taking care of patients to my phone messages for 12 hours only to find my card closed out and having to wait 10 days for a new one! There has also been problems when I went online to my account and changed my email and updated my settings etc and they did the same! They are secure even with the owner of the money!!! If you want a place to save and store it's ideal. I just need a little more flexibility so I can access my funds!
